  • Automatically from your device, such as session, network, security, and map-request information.
  • From authorized staff, such as account decisions, membership administration, lead activity, maintenance information, and responses to portal requests.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial-account details, medical information, or other highly sensitive information in open-text fields. The website does not ask for those details.

How we use information

  • Review, respond to, and administer estimates and service requests.
  • Confirm service area, availability, scheduling preferences, and follow-up details.
  • Review membership interest and account-access requests and administer approved memberships or portal accounts.
  • Authenticate users, maintain account activity, and provide owner, member, and employee portal functions.

  • Maintain business and service records, comply with law, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Evaluate and improve our website, intake process, customer service, and operations.

How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

  • Service providers. Supabase provides database and authentication services; Vercel provides website hosting and delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and contractual obligations.
  • Map and infrastructure providers. The service-area map uses OpenFreeMap and map data associated with OpenMapTiles and OpenStreetMap. Loading the map may send ordinary network information, including your IP address and device request details, to the map provider.
  • Authorized personnel and contractors.Staff and service professionals may access information they need to review a request, communicate with you, administer an account, or provide an approved service.
  • Professional advisers and authorities. We may disclose information to insurers, auditors, attorneys, law enforcement, regulators, or courts when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, or handle a claim.
  • Business transaction recipients.Information may be reviewed or transferred as part of a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary account cookies

The website uses cookies and similar identifiers required to sign users in, refresh and protect Supabase sessions, remember security state, and operate private portals. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account features from working.

Local browser preferences and estimate drafts

Your browser may store a light or dark theme preference. The estimate tool may also store progress such as an opaque session ID, ZIP code, home-size range, system age, equipment type, and service priorities so you can resume. It is designed not to store your name, email, telephone number, or free-text notes in that browser draft. You can remove this data by clearing site storage in your browser or completing or restarting the estimate.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not currently conduct cross-site behavioral tracking or sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, the website does not change its ordinary operation in response to a Do Not Track signal and there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. Where a legally recognized signal applies to a future practice, we will honor it as required by law.

How long we retain information

We retain each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected. The criteria listed in the notice at collection above include the status of a request or account, the duration of a service or membership relationship, security needs, warranty or dispute periods, and legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

Retention can vary when information is needed to investigate abuse, preserve a legal claim, comply with a valid legal hold, or meet a provider’s backup and security schedule. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it consistent with our systems and obligations.

Your choices and privacy rights

Reviewing or updating information

You may contact us to ask to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted. Account holders may also see certain current account, membership, or request information in their portal. We may retain information when an exception or legal obligation applies.

California privacy rights

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us or a particular processing activity, California residents may request to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, and obtain information about our collection and disclosures. They may also opt out of a sale or sharing and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not currently engage in those sale, sharing, or sensitive-data inference practices.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may need to verify your identity, authority, and the information associated with your request before responding.

How to submit a request

Email us at info@comforthomes24.com or call 279-209-4440. Describe the right you want to exercise and the website feature or relationship involved. We will use information supplied with the request only to verify and respond to it.

Children’s privacy

This website and our HVAC services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including controlled server access, authenticated portals, row-level database protections, encrypted connections, request validation, and abuse controls. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a unique password, protect your account credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our services, vendors, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless the law permits or requires otherwise.
