We may correct errors and change website content, services, service areas, availability, promotions, and pricing at any time. A website description or price does not guarantee eligibility, availability, equipment compatibility, or a final price.

We may accept, decline, or request more information about a request. Scheduling is confirmed separately and can depend on location, staffing, demand, equipment, access, weather, parts, permits, and circumstances outside our control. Tell us promptly if request details or site conditions change.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, property, equipment, safety, access, and scheduling information. Do not submit confidential financial, medical, government-identifier, or other unnecessary sensitive information in open-text fields.

Any instant estimate, assessment, price range, service description, or recommendation shown online is preliminary. It is based only on the information provided and is not an on-site diagnosis, binding quote, offer, warranty, or guarantee that a particular repair or replacement is appropriate.

Final recommendations and pricing may require an on-site evaluation and can change based on equipment condition, access, measurements, code and permit requirements, parts, labor, taxes, disposal, manufacturer requirements, and customer-selected options. Written documents provided for the specific work control over online information.

These website Terms do not themselves authorize HVAC work. Before work begins, the parties may enter into a separate written service, repair, installation, home-improvement, or other agreement describing the approved scope, price, payment schedule, timing, warranties, cancellation rights, and legally required notices. That signed agreement controls the specific work if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Additional work or a change in scope requires customer approval and, where applicable, a written change order. Manufacturer warranties are governed by their own terms. Any workmanship warranty or satisfaction commitment applies only as stated in the written documents provided for the approved work.

• You must provide safe, lawful, and reasonably clear access to the property and equipment at the confirmed time.
• You must disclose known hazards, access restrictions, property rules, tenants, animals, alarms, or conditions that could affect the visit.
• Only a property owner or another properly authorized person may approve work, except where law and the written agreement permit otherwise.

The online membership form is an inquiry, not checkout. Submitting it does not activate coverage, enroll you in a plan, authorize a charge, or guarantee eligibility. No card or bank-account payment is currently collected through this website.

If you choose to enroll after follow-up, the price, included benefits, exclusions, start date, recurring-payment terms, renewal, and cancellation methods will be disclosed separately before enrollment. You must affirmatively agree to those membership terms. The separate membership agreement controls if it conflicts with general website descriptions.

When you submit contact information, you ask us to respond about that request using the telephone number or email address provided. Standard carrier or data charges may apply to communications you receive. Your request does not provide consent to unrelated automated telemarketing, and consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing service.

Membership eligibility is reviewed before a member activates an account. An activation must match the approved membership reference, email, and phone number; it does not require a second approval. Employee account roles are reviewed separately before access is granted. We may suspend or revoke access based on eligibility, role, security, inaccurate information, misuse, or the end of the relevant relationship. Account access is personal and may not be transferred or shared.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or role.
• Access, alter, extract, or disclose records you are not authorized to use.
• Probe security, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, automate abusive submissions, or interfere with another user.
• Use the website or information obtained through it for an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-infringing purpose.

If you suspect a natural-gas leak, carbon-monoxide event, fire, smoke, sparking, electrical danger, or another immediate hazard, leave the area when appropriate and contact 911 and the relevant gas or electric utility from a safe location. Follow alarm, equipment, manufacturer, and public-safety instructions. HVAC information on this site is not a substitute for emergency responders, utilities, or an on-site professional evaluation.

The website relies on third-party technology providers for hosting, authentication, database functions, and map content. It may also link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party sites or their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link or attribution does not mean we endorse every statement, product, or service offered by that third party.

The website’s original text, graphics, branding, layouts, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Comfort Homes 24 and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or requesting our services. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, or exploit the website or its content without permission, except as law allows.

Third-party names, map data, and marks remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses.
